Terms of Service
1. These terms
Integrated ERP ("the Service") is provided by PT. Tri Solusi Neo Optima ("TSNO", "we"), Jakarta, Indonesia. These terms govern your use of the Service, whether through the web panel or the mobile app.
You accept these terms, and the Privacy Policy, by ticking the agreement box when you sign in. You are asked to do so every time you sign in, and the box is never ticked for you. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service and tell your employer.
2. Your account belongs to your employer
The Service is licensed to your employer ("the Customer Company"). Your account is created, configured and closed by them. There is no public sign-up.
This means:
- Your employer decides what you can see and do in the Service, through roles and permissions they control.
- Your employer's own policies apply to you as well as these terms — employment rules, IT policy, confidentiality obligations.
- Your employer can suspend or close your account at any time, for example when you leave the company.
- The agreement covering payment, service levels and data ownership is between TSNO and your employer, not with you.
3. Using the Service properly
You agree that you will:
- Keep your password secret and not share your account with anyone. Everything done with your account is attributed to you in the audit trail.
- Enter information accurately and in good faith. Attendance, delivery and financial records are your employer's business records and are relied on for pay, tax and customer billing.
- Use the Service only for your employer's business, and only to the extent your role allows.
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to access data belonging to another user, another department or another company.
- Probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attack the Service, or bypass any access control, rate limit or geographic restriction.
- Falsify records — including using a mock-location tool, another person's device, or another person's photograph to record attendance.
- Copy, extract or disclose your employer's data except as your job requires and their policies allow.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
4. Attendance, location and photographs
Some features record your location and a photograph at the moment you clock in or out, if your employer enables them. These features exist so that attendance can be verified.
Location is read only when you press the attendance button, never in the background. Details are in the Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be recorded this way, raise it with your employer — they configure the requirement, and we cannot waive it for you.
5. Who owns what
- Your employer's data stays your employer's. Customers, orders, invoices, stock, attendance and payroll records entered into the Service belong to the Customer Company. TSNO claims no ownership of them and does not use them for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
- The software stays ours. The Service, its source code, design and documentation are the intellectual property of TSNO. Your account grants you the right to use it, not to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense or resell it.
- Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance windows, upgrades, network faults, and failures of hosting or connectivity providers can interrupt access. Where practical we announce planned maintenance to the Customer Company in advance.
7. The mobile app
- The app is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and through direct download by arrangement with your employer.
- You may be required to update to a current version. Older versions may stop working when a change to the Service makes them incompatible.
- You are responsible for your own device, its security, and any mobile data charges.
- Store-provided app stores are distributors only; they are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to support the Service.
8. Suspension
We may suspend access — for your account, or for a Customer Company — where there is a security risk, unlawful use, a breach of these terms, or non-payment under the agreement with the Customer Company. Where the situation allows, we will tell the Customer Company first.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by Indonesian law. TSNO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Where a written agreement exists between TSNO and the Customer Company, that agreement governs liability between them, and these terms do not reduce it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top. Material changes will be notified to the Customer Company, and you will be asked to agree to the new version at your next sign-in. You cannot continue to use the Service without agreeing to it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, unless a written agreement between TSNO and the Customer Company provides otherwise.
